I currently work part time in Trauma and Orthopaedics in an NHS major trauma centre but have nearly 20 years experience ranging from the Premier League football, and Rugby League, across many elite sports.

I'm a published author, International invited speaker, University Honorary fellow, active member of the British Elbow Shoulder Society, and a guest tutor for Musculoskeletal Ultrasound courses.

I've qualified in sports science, personal training, physiotherapy, msk sonography, clinical research, injection therapy, and prescribing. Ive also completed a prestigious NIHR Pre Doctoral fellowship looking into the risks and benefits of shoulder nerve blocks for pain.
